Green Cleveland
CLEVELAND’S OWN ECO STARS
EAT
One of Cleveland’s brightest culinary, Jonathan Sawyer of Bar Cento, is opening a green restaurant in downtown Cleveland this fall. The Greenhouse Tavern, a joint project of Sawyer and his wife Amelia Satik-Sawyer (known on Twitter as @ChefsWidow) will offer Cleveland foodies a locally sourced menu in a casual atmosphere based on sustainable business practices.
